Managed Project Workstream
Turn the project's training and documentation requirements into a controlled, customer-ready program.
SANTECH reviews the specification, develops the scope, coordinates project SMEs, creates the required deliverables, manages reviews and revisions, supports training delivery, and prepares the final package for submission.
Why Project Teams Outsource It
The scope is defined. The capacityusually isn't.
The specification names the manuals, courses, records, and submittals the project owes its customer, and the schedule attaches dates to them. Producing that content is a real workstream — writers, instructional designers, SME coordination, review cycles, revisions, and a submission package — landing on a team that is already designing, building, and commissioning the system.
Most project managers would rather outsource that workstream than staff it internally. SANTECH takes it as one.
What the managed service is
A single point of responsibility for the project's training and documentation deliverables: SANTECH works from the specification, plans the work against the schedule, coordinates your subject-matter experts, produces the deliverables, manages the review cycles, supports delivery, and assembles the final submission package — developed to align with the applicable specification and managed through review and final submission.
We manage the process so your engineers can focus on the equipment and system.
Clear Responsibilities
What we manage. What your SMEs validate.
Structured to support customer review and acceptance — without implying your engineers step away from technical authority.

SANTECH prepares the structure, questions, drafts, and review packages so SME involvement stays focused and manageable.
The Process
Eight stages, one controlled workstream.
Scaled to the project — not every project needs every artifact, and not every engagement starts at stage one.
- 1
Review and Extract
Review available specifications, contract sections, equipment lists, schedules, and submittal requirements.
- 2
Define Roles and Scope
Determine audiences, equipment, tasks, objectives, records, and appropriate formats.
- 3
Plan the Workstream
Connect inputs, deliverables, reviews, training dates, and submission milestones to the project schedule.
- 4
Coordinate Technical Input
Organize input from mechanical, electrical, controls, software, safety, commissioning, and operations SMEs.
- 5
Develop the Deliverables
Create the appropriate training, documentation, assessments, reference materials, video, and digital content.
- 6
Manage Reviews and Revisions
Prepare review packages, collect comments, track dispositions, and control revised versions.
- 7
Deliver and Document
Support classroom, hands-on, virtual, or digital delivery and maintain required records.
- 8
Submit and Support Closeout
Organize the final reviewed materials and records in the required submission structure.
Entry Points
Join at any stage of the project.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can SANTECH review our specification before we submit a bid?
Yes. Send the available bid documents and we will identify the likely training and documentation deliverables, develop assumptions, and prepare a scope and price you can incorporate into your proposal.
Do we need to know which training formats are required?
No. Part of the scope development is recommending formats — instructor-led, hands-on, eLearning, video, or blended — based on the roles, the equipment, and what the specification actually requires.
Does SANTECH validate the engineering information?
No. SANTECH manages the structure, drafting, review workflow, and records. Technical content is validated by the appropriate project subject-matter experts — your engineers remain the technical authority.
Can SANTECH work from incomplete project information?
Yes. Early-stage work regularly starts from partial specifications or preliminary equipment lists. We document assumptions and open questions, and refine the scope as project information firms up.
Can we purchase only one deliverable?
Yes. Individual deliverables such as an O&M manual, a training course, or an eLearning module can be purchased separately without the full managed workstream.
Can SANTECH work with our internal training or documentation team?
Yes. We can take a defined portion of the scope, add production capacity to your team, or manage the review and submission process around content your team develops.
Can content be delivered through our LMS?
Yes. eLearning and video content can be delivered as SCORM packages for your LMS, or hosted on the SANTECH training platform with completion tracking and records.
Where does SANTECH Connect fit?
Connect is a field-delivery option: after the content is developed and approved, technicians reach that asset's manuals, procedures, training, and parts information through a QR code at the equipment. It can continue after project handoff or stand alone.
Does SANTECH guarantee customer acceptance?
No. Acceptance depends on customer review, technical validation, complete inputs, and the applicable contractual authority. What we do is structure deliverables to align with the applicable specification and manage the review process — comment tracking, dispositions, and revisions — to support customer review and acceptance.
