The challenge
Technical information came from multiple suppliers while equipment and procedures continued to change during development. Training had to fit around commissioning and startup, and learners brought different levels of experience. Mechanical and electrical technicians also needed instruction specific to their responsibilities.
SANTECH's solution
We coordinated supplier inputs, tracked equipment changes, and developed confirmed content while outstanding details were resolved. Materials and training schedules were updated as the project progressed.
We structured separate classes for mechanical and electrical technicians, with instruction focused on each group's responsibilities. Instructor and student guides, practical exercises, assessments, and equipment videos supported the training. Alongside course development, we developed operator and O&M manuals and reviewed and organized supplied technical information.
