About SANTECH

We make technical training and documentation for the teams that install, operate, and maintain complex automated systems.

Our Story

Built on a Foundation of Training & Documentation

SANTECH started in Phoenix, Arizona, doing what we still do today: writing manuals and running training for the people who actually use the equipment. We work directly with OEMs and integrators to turn engineering into something a maintenance tech or operator can pick up and use.

The scope varies — sometimes it's a single job aid for one machine, other times it's a full documentation suite and training program for a multi-site automated facility. Either way, we handle it the same: learn the equipment, build the content, deliver on time.

What Drives Us

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Give maintenance teams and operators the documentation and training they actually need — accurate, specific to their equipment, and ready when they are.

Our Vision

Be the team that OEMs and integrators call first when a project needs training and documentation — because we already know the equipment, the specs, and the deadlines.

How We Work

Core Values

Get It Right

Every manual, course, and module goes through rigorous technical review. If it ships with our name on it, it has to be accurate.

Stay Current

Equipment changes, tools evolve, and so do we. We invest in the platforms and methods that make content better and faster to produce.

Act Like a Partner

We learn your equipment, attend your kickoffs, and work your schedule. By the time we’re on-site, we operate like an extension of your team.

Do What We Said

We quote a timeline and a scope, and we stick to both. If something changes, we say so up front — no surprises at delivery.
