About SANTECH

We manage the training and documentation workstream on equipment projects — from specification review through submission and closeout — so your engineers can focus on the equipment and system.

Our Story

One Team for the Training & Documentation Workstream

SANTECH started in Phoenix, Arizona, writing manuals and running training for the people who install, operate, and maintain automated systems. More than 15 years later, that work is still the core of the company — and the job has grown into managing the training and documentation requirements that come with every equipment project.

One team combines industrial project experience, technical writing, instructional design, training delivery, multimedia development, and project coordination — with working familiarity across the customer specifications that define these deliverables. That mix is what lets us manage the full project training and documentation workstream for systems integrators, OEMs, and equipment manufacturers, rather than delivering one document at a time.

The scope varies — a single deliverable for one machine, or the complete requirement set for a multi-site program. Either way it runs through the same eight-stage process, from specification review to final submission: we manage the workstream, and your project subject-matter experts validate the technical content.

What Drives Us

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Manage the training and documentation requirements on equipment projects — developed to align with the applicable specification and carried through review to final submission — so your engineers can focus on the equipment and system.

Our Vision

Be the team OEMs and systems integrators call first when a contract carries training and documentation requirements — because we already know the specifications, the review cycles, and the schedule pressure.

How We Work

Core Values

Get It Right

Every deliverable moves through a controlled review process, with technical content validated by the appropriate project subject-matter experts. If it ships with our name on it, it has to be right.

Stay Current

Equipment changes, specifications change, and tools evolve — so do we. We invest in the platforms and methods that make deliverables better and faster to produce.

Act Like a Partner

We learn your equipment, attend your kickoffs, and work your schedule. By the time we’re on-site, we operate like an extension of your project team.

Do What We Said

We commit to a scope and a schedule, and we work to both. If something changes, we flag it early — no surprises at delivery.
