The challenge
The MS Handbook had to meet strict USPS requirements while staying consistent with the training materials. Multiple review rounds and stakeholder comments added coordination demands, and validation activities had to fit around equipment availability and project schedules.

The work connected MS Handbook development with operating guidance, maintenance references, and specialized maintenance courses. Materials addressed the needs of processing operations and the National Center for Employee Development (NCED), with support for handbook and maintenance-course validation.
